Growth in San Marcos

San Marcos continues on its growth trajectory, as last reported by the City of San Marcos Department of Planning and Development Services in its March, 2017 report.  Anecdotal evidence suggests that the Department’s next report summarizing 2017 (out in early 2018) will show similar trends, with increases resulting from new subdivision developments and student housing projects coming online.
